Account and Data Deletion

This page explains how to request account deletion for NovIns Dev products and how we process deletion requests.

How to request deletion

  1. Email contact@novinsdev.com with subject line: Account Deletion Request.
  2. Include app name, platform (iOS or Android), and account identifiers available to you (for example player ID, purchase order reference, or support ticket reference).
  3. We may ask for additional verification details to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.

Processing timeline

  • - We acknowledge deletion requests within 3 business days.
  • - After verification, we complete deletion within 30 days.
  • - If law requires a longer handling period in your region, we will notify you.

What we delete and what we may retain

  • - We delete account profile and gameplay progression data from active systems.
  • - We remove support-linked identifiers when no longer needed for support.
  • - We may retain limited records required for fraud prevention, finance, tax, legal compliance, and dispute handling.
  • - Backup and disaster-recovery copies are automatically overwritten on a rolling retention schedule.
